Really handy location for the centre of town and very friendly staff

The shower was excellent but the wet room meant it was difficult to get dried in it. Water spread over most of the floor

It was a good room but Staff attitude let it down..a nd.

The quality of cooked food was good..but no warm plates which is why Mark deducted It's a pet hate of mine in the UK a hot breakfast requires warm plates!!

I was allocated room 319 which was almost excellent but the TV was not working properly at all an a mam came up to look at it but blamed the weather which I just didn't believe after coming from Skye where my Mum's was fine! he reluctantly said he would re boot something downstairs and try again in an hour. That made it worse and nothing came on. I had to walk down to reception agsin.no bedroom phones another lady from reception tried it..so eventually I asked to switch rooms to 317...but this should have been offered from the outset as hotel did not appear full. I was charged to room 317 where TV dud work. But in view of this it makes me question would I stay again

Wonderful

It is located few minutes walking from the train station, close to the river. We appreciated that the room is big and clean. the bed is comfortable. The bathroom as well is large. Considering the region the price was good, we have paid more for older-smaller rooms. Reception manned all-day. Definitely recommended!

Very Good

Our stay was exceptional, marked by a wonderful shower and lovely staff. We were in room 409 and enjoyed delicious room service, delivered by friendly women. After a tiring journey due to a family crisis, we were truly grateful for the meal. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to enjoying the bar area when I'm feeling more rested. Next time , Thank you!

Loved the stylish vibe, comfort and convenience!

Lovely stylish but simple decor in the room with everything in the right place. Simple colours and carefully chosen furniture giving it a fresh and different feel to more conventional hotels. The staff were helpful and friendly, the bar was 24 hours open and the bar/lounge/reception and dining area was one large continuum of cool vibe and style. I really liked the contrast to other more bland, traditional and/or tacky hotels. Reviving you while you stay with an exquisitely well thought through interior design. Not in your face but pleasing, refined and sophisticated. I slept really well on an enormous and comfortable bed. This hotel is perfect for all transport links to get out and beyond Inverness and downtown for CS all the attractions in town too. Really loved it.

When tired and in a new room it’s hard to work out the light fittings and location of every light switch in a room. It took me about 10 minutes to work out how to switch all the room lights off. I could her someone upstairs stomping around, which annoyed me a little, but that was perhaps my only picky point.

A nice hotel, in a good location, at a decent price.

The reception and combined bar and dining area is really nice indeed - more akin to an even higher rate hotel. the location was excellent, and the room was decent, clean, and comfortable.
